Booking and Card on File

A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all appointments.
Your card on file will only be charged
if you cancel, reschedule within 24 hours, or do not show up for your appointment.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or rescheduling will incur a 50% service charge.

No-Shows:

Missing your appointment without prior notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s).

Group Appointments:

For group bookings, if any member cancels late or does not show up, the 50% charge will apply to that individual.

3. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may:
Shorten your service to fit the remaining time.
Or reschedule your appointment.
Full charges may still apply for shortened services due to late arrival.

Sanitation & Safety Commitment

We strictly follow California state and local health regulations, including all sanitation guidelines required for beauty and spa facilities in Anaheim and Westminster.
All tools and equipment are sanitized after each client.
Single-use items are discarded after each use.
Staff are trained and updated regularly on safety and hygiene protocols.

5. Service Policy

Services are non-refundable once rendered.
If you are dissatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concern promptly.
Our goal is always your satisfaction while maintaining the highest safety standards.

6. Health Disclosure

If you have any scalp conditions, skin allergies, contagious conditions, or are feeling unwell, please inform us before your appointment.
We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust services if necessary to protect the health and safety of all clients and staff.
